Dr. Kleio Hantziara is an endocrinologist and diabetologist. She graduated on a scholarship from Harvard University in Boston and subsequently from the Athens Medical School. She holds a Ph.D. and completed her training in the Department of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes at Evangelismos Hospital and at “St. Luke’s” and “Roosevelt” Hospitals of Columbia University and the “Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center” in New York.
He is a member of the Medical Associations of Athens, Sweden, and Cyprus, as well as the Endocrine Society, the Hellenic Endocrinology Society, the Harvard Club of Greece, and the Athens College Alumni Association (S.A.K.A.), among others. She is a certified endocrinologist specializing in thyroid ultrasound. She heads the Endocrinology and Diabetes departments at the CarE MediC clinics in central Athens, where she collaborates with cardiologist Dr. Christos Maniotis. She is an affiliate of the “Ygeia” and “Mitera” hospitals.
