Il a la forme  <\/span><b>papillon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et se trouve \u00e0  <\/span><b>col de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, devant la  <\/span><b>trach\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et sous le  <\/span><b>larynx<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il se compose de  <\/span><b>deux<\/b> <b>gousses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le  <\/span><b>de droite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et le  <\/span><b>gauche<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui s&rsquo;associent \u00e0  <\/span><b>isthme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La thyro\u00efde produit les  <\/span><b>thyro\u00efdiennes<\/b> <b>hormones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, notamment la  <\/span><b>T3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et  <\/span><b>T4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui contribuent \u00e0 la  <\/span><b>r\u00e9glage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de  <\/span><b>m\u00e9tabolisme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de la  <\/span><b>de temp\u00e9rature<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de  <\/span><b>corps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et de la  <\/span><b>\u00e9nergie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il arrive parfois que cette glande puisse  <\/span><b>ne fonctionne pas correctement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Plus   <\/span><b>fr\u00e9quentes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  se trouve \u00e0  <\/span><b>femmes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Elles peuvent concerner, d&rsquo;une part, la  <\/span><b>fonctionnement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de  <\/span><b>thyro\u00efdienne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et d&rsquo;autre part \u00e0 la  <\/span><b>morphologie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de celui-ci. Ces troubles peuvent \u00eatre dus \u00e0   <\/span><b>auto-immunes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,  <\/span><b>g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,  <\/span><b>hormonaux<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  ou  <\/span><b>d&rsquo;autres<\/b> <b>facteurs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.  <\/span><b>Les pathologies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Les troubles thyro\u00efdiens peuvent concerner la  <\/span><b>fonctionnement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de (par exemple,  <\/span><b>hypothyro\u00efdie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,  <\/span><b>(hyperthyro\u00efdie)  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou \u00e0 la  <\/span><b>morphologie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de (par exemple,  <\/span><b>goitre bronchique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,  <\/span><b>ozones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kystes, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-604ba8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"604ba8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed2681e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ed2681e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sympt\u00f4mes de certaines affections\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92f7fa4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"92f7fa4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span><b>affections de la glande thyro\u00efde<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> peuvent se manifester par divers sympt\u00f4mes touchant le poids corporel, le syst\u00e8me gastro-intestinal, la peau, le cuir chevelu, le c\u0153ur, le syst\u00e8me musculaire, les r\u00e8gles, le sommeil, le moral et notre \u00e9nergie ou notre endurance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments incitent souvent le patient \u00e0 s&rsquo;adresser au  <\/span><b>endocrinologue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les affections li\u00e9es \u00e0 la  <\/span><b>morphologie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de  <\/span><b>glande<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, comme la  <\/span><b>goitre bronchique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et les  <\/span><b>ozones<\/b> <b>thyro\u00efdienne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cela peut \u00eatre  <\/span><b>visibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dans l&rsquo;hypothyro\u00efdie <\/span><b>  la thyro\u00efde s\u00e9cr\u00e8te moins d&rsquo;hormones que ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les  <\/span><b>causes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  de  <\/span><b>hypothyro\u00efdie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  c&rsquo;est  <\/span><b>vari\u00e9es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, les plus fr\u00e9quentes \u00e9tant la  <\/span><b>auto-immune<\/b> <b>thyro\u00efdopathie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  et la  <\/span><b>thyro\u00efdite<\/b> <b>Hashimoto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
