She graduated on a scholarship from Harvard University in Boston and subsequently from the Athens Medical School. She is a certified endocrinologist specializing in thyroid ultrasound. She heads the Endocrinology and Diabetes departments at the <em><strong>CarE MediC<\/strong><\/em> clinics in central Athens, where she collaborates with cardiologist Dr. Christos Maniotis.
